THE ART DISTRICT · AMMAN
Tenant Hub
Handbook

How we work together.

Ten short chapters — everything you need to operate, activate and grow within the district.

1

Working Together

  • TAD is a shared creative destination. Every tenant keeps their own identity while contributing to the district experience.
  • We favour open communication, generosity with neighbours, and collaboration when practical.
2

Your Space

  • Keep your space clean, presentable and open during agreed hours.
  • Any material change to fit-out, layout, structure or services requires prior management approval.
3

Access, Deliveries & Day-to-Day Operations

  • Use agreed access points and delivery windows; keep circulation routes clear.
  • Report maintenance or building issues to TAD Management promptly.
4

Brand, Signage & Promotion

  • Signage, wall graphics and external displays follow TAD guidelines and need approval before installation.
  • Tag TAD in your promotion so the district can cross-promote.
5

Activation

  • Typical rhythm: one public-facing activation every 1–2 months, depending on your concept.
  • Formats: workshops, demos, open studios, exhibitions, talks, launches, personalization, tastings, pop-ups.
  • Participation in relevant TAD-wide events is encouraged; collaborations between tenants are encouraged when practical.
6

Proposing an Activation or Event

  • Submit through the Hub with date, time, space, audience, pricing and support needed.
  • Submit early — ideally 3–4 weeks before — to allow review, operations and marketing.
7

Event Approval

  • Requests move from Proposed to Approved and then Confirmed once operations and marketing are aligned.
  • Only Approved or Confirmed events appear on the public calendar.
8

Marketing an Activation

  • Provide final name, description, date/time, price, booking method and visuals by the marketing deadline.
  • TAD and tenants cross-promote across channels.
9

Tenant Meetings & Communication

  • Regular tenant meetings share the programme, feedback and opportunities.
  • Operational matters go to TAD Management; activation matters to TAD Activation Management.
10

Safety & Visitor Experience

  • Keep exits and routes clear, respect capacity, and supervise activities.
  • Report incidents immediately; urgent building or safety issues go straight to TAD Management.
